内部轮廓超声成像系统的设计

    摘要:

    针对现有内部轮廓成像系统精度不高的缺点,提出一种基于三通道时差法的测距思路,实现了以FPGA与C8051F340单片机为控制器的内部轮廓高精度成像。该系统通过内部轮廓三通道超声测距的方式,得到3个通道的回波时间差来推算待测距离,有效解决了被测物体内部轮廓表面不平坦的难题,提高了成像精度,并通过MATLAB实现内部轮廓的实时呈现。实验表明:该系统性能稳定,精度高,量程大,有广阔的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Considering the disadvantages of internal contour imaging system, such as poor precision, a three-channel timing differences ranging method was put forward. It was achieved internal contour high precision imaging with FPGA and C8051F340 microcomputer as controllers. By the system, the echo time differences of three channels were obtained to calculate the testing distance through internal contour three-channel ultrasonic ranging, so the problem that internal contour of the measured objects were uneven surface was solved effectively, and the imaging accuracy was improved. The real-time rendering of the interior contours was achieved by MATLAB. The experiment shows the system has stable performance, high precision, large range, and will have a broad application prospect.
