Abstract:The pressure fluctuations seriously affect the crawler cranes dynamic characteristics, limit its work performance. To solve this problem, the main parameters affecting the dynamic characteristics of the hoisting system were deeply studied. The method was proposed that the balance valve main valve port flow area gradient was changed while the appropriate orifice diameter matching was used. The simulation and experimental results show that the adopted method can effectively reduce the fluctuation of the system pressure, the performance of crane hoisting is improved and the optimization design is feasible.
