    摘要:

    皮带跑偏是衡量皮带秤性能的指标之一。针对跑偏问题,提出了一种基于FPGA+MCU的皮带跑偏检测系统。该系统使用阵列式光电三极管作为检测元件,采用FPGA作为信号采集和处理核心,通过单片机实现与上位机通信,上位机采集软件使用VB进行开发。实验结果显示:该系统能够有效实现对皮带跑偏量的实时精确检测,而且稳定性好。

    Abstract:

    The belt deviation was one of the indicators that measure the belt scale performance. The belt deviation detection system based on Field Programmable Gate Array and Microcontroller Unit (FPGA+MCU) was presented by aiming at the problem of belt deviation. The phototransistor array as sensing element was adopted by the system, and FPGA was used as the core of signal acquisition and processing, and communicated with the host computer, whose acquisition software was developed by using Visual Basic (VB), through MCU. The experimental results show that the system can effectively realize real-time accurate detection of the belt deviation, and has a good stability.
