According to the mechanical theory of multi-body dynamics, the mathematical model of the feed drive system was established. The dynamic model of mechanical system was established by using dynamics analysis software ADAMS, C++ was used to write CNC feed instructions, the Simulink simulation models of the CNCmachine tool feed drive system was established by using MATLAB / Simulink.The three abovewere combined to achieve electromechanical co simulation of the machine. The simulation results show that the simulation platform can be used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the feed drive servo system. It provides reliable reference for design and debugging of physical prototype feed system.
