In actual production, as a finishing tool, reamers occupy a very important position. For a car parts processing with QT600 material, through test, the machining performance difference between straight fluted reamer and imported composite reamer was analyzed, so suitable reamer for processing was selected, and a simple comparison analysis about experimental results was done.
