高速动车组车门控制系统研究

    摘要:

    针对现阶段高速动车组制造技术国产化的趋势,在消化吸收CRH3型动车组关键技术的前提下,研究了CRH3型高速动车组车门控制系统的网络拓扑结构,并在此基础上设计了车门控制系统通过多功能车辆总线(MVB)与列车控制单元、诊断单元及制动单元间的通信接口,优化车门控制程序,保证车门系统在高速动态运行环境中实时可靠地工作。结合实际运行过程中出现的故障,分析产生的原因,优化了列车控制网络与车门通信控制逻辑,消除运行中的安全隐患,保证了列车高速运行时的安全与稳定性。

    Abstract:

    At present, according to the localization trend of high-speed EMU's manufacturing technology, and under the premise of key technology digestion and absorption of CRH3, the door communication system network topology structure was studied, and then communication interfaces among the door control system, train control unit, diagnostic unit and brake control unit were designed through multifunction vehicle bus (MVB). The door control procedures were optimized, to ensure real time and reliable work of the door system in high speed dynamic operation environment.Though analyzing operation fault,the control logic between the train communication network and the door control system was optimized. Then the hidden trouble of safety was eliminated, and the safety and stability of train running at a high-speed dynamic operating environment were ensured.
