A kind of intelligent bearing detector was introduced which had comprehensive functions such as automatic sorting, automatic counting, failure warning. Its design principle, mechanical structure, singlechip dynamic weighing control system and the software design were illustrated. Experiment and practice prove the detector has following advantages: fast detection, accurate judgment, high stability, and simple operation.
