Abstract:Relative vibration between the tool and work pieces during metal cutting was distinguished as chatter,which not only influenced the processing quality,but also reduced working life of the machine tool.To solve the problem of chatter in processing was the hot topic in the manufacturing industry.Based on theoretical analysis of the previous studies,aimed at the VMC850E machining center from one machine tool works,a machine tool chatter control system is set up,on the basis of milling stable region obtained through using simulation method for mathematical modeling and analysis.
