Abstract:According to the characteristics of hardware structure and functionality requires of the grinding active measuring instrument,mixed-language programming of the configuration software and the computer advanced language was adopted in the active measuring instrument system software development.For the communication problem of data acquisition and processing,dynamic data exchange method based on BlockDDE was presented.Data exchange principle of the active measuring instrument was described,and BlockDDE initializing,database establishing and data transfer were also described.Finally,an application example was given to verify the proposed method.The experimental results show that the real-time and accuracy of data exchange for the active measuring instrument can be met by the proposed method.The research results can provide profound technical supports for the grinding active measuring instrument development.
