Abstract:Based on pointed out the defeat of traditional vapor recovery system, a new vapor recovery system was designed, and the vapor-liquid ratio parameter was optimized. The system was controlled by using frequency conversion, and proportional valve was exempted. Moreover in consideration of influence of temperature and flow signal factors on the recovery system, the right vapor-liquid ratio was selected according to the changes in temperature and flow signal. The self adapt control of the vapor recovery process is realized, at the same time, and the effect of vacuum pump performance and new vapor recovery system are tested.
