    摘要:

    介绍了粉煤灰仓泵输送系统自动作业的控制原理。PLC是其主控制器,辅以模拟量模块处理模拟量信号,运用料位计和压力变送器智能检测料位和气压状况,应用触摸屏操作方便且能够更好地实时反映仓泵输送系统自动作业的情况。该控制系统具有稳定性强、可靠性高、运行方便、提高输送效率的优点,使粉煤灰输送系统现场能在无人值班的情况下正常运行,并能保证系统出力。总结了粉煤灰仓泵输送系统在运行过程中可能出现的故障以及相应的处理措施。

    Abstract:

    The controlling principle of automatic operation, about the conveyor system of flying ashes pump system was described. Supplemented by analog module dealing with analog signals, PLC acted as the master controller, the level gauge and pressure transmitter were used to intelligently detect the height of the material and pressure conditions. The application of the touching screen could make the operation convenient and reflect the situation of the automatic operation of the conveyor system of flying ashes pump system in right time. The control system has the advantages of stability, high reliability, running easily, and improving the efficiency of the original conveying system. It enables flying ashes pump system to run normally without the watch of people and ensures the output of the system. At last, the possible failures during the operation and corresponding measures for flying ashes silo pump system were summarized. 
