深海管道连接器密封特性分析与同步控制研究

    摘要:

    为了实现深海环境下两个油气管道的连接,对水平管道连接器进行了研究,设计了该装置的总体结构。对法兰对接处的密封圈采用有限元法进行了接触分析,得出密封圈实现密封的允许压缩量,确定出液压系统油缸同步行程控制允许位移。提出了连接机构液压伺服位移同步控制系统的方案,推导出了阀控对称液压缸电液数字伺服系统的传递函数,设定了仿真参数。进行了双缸位移同步线性仿真分析,引入PID控制器,对双缸同步控制进行调节,确定了合适的比例、积分、微分系数,使得同步位移误差小于0.5 mm,达到了系统的控制要求。

    Abstract:

    The overall mechanism structure of horizontal pipes connector was designed and researched in order to implement connection of two pipes for gas-oil in deep sea. The contact property of seal ring between the two face to face flanges was analyzed, which used finite element method (FEM), and obtained permissible compress displacement of the seal ring to realize sealing. The allowable journey of synchronization hydro-cylinder in the hydraulic system was gotten. The electro-hydraulic position-servo synchronization system of connection mechanism was proposed, transfer function of symmetric servo controlling oil-cylinder electro-hydraulic servo system was derived, and simulation parameters were set. Simulation analysis of synchronization linearity of double-cylinder displacement was done, and a PID controller was applied on the system to regulate two hydraulic cylinder synchronization controls. Its coefficients of proportion, integration and differential are determined, and the error of synchronic displacement is less than 0.5 mm, that achieves the request of the control system.
