    摘要:

    电动机控制保护器性能参数检测是产品研制、调试、生产、出厂检验的重要环节。设计了一套以工业控制计算机为核心,以自行设计的高精度交流稳流源、可调幅和调相的交流电压源作为产品的测试信号源,配置高精度数据采集卡和信号调理电路等硬件,采用先进的虚拟仪器技术LabVIEW软件开发平台自行开发数据采集、分析、处理软件,通过PCI标准总线组成的高度集成的自动检测系统,可满足电动机控制保护器产品的出厂检验要求。全自动检测系统可同时测试5个产品,通过RS485读取被测产品的规格和型号,自动对电动机控制保护器的各种控制与保护性能进行全面测试。对系统总体方案设计和软件的实现进行了详细的介绍。实际应用表明:该系统具有测试精度高、抗干扰能力强、检测效率高、操作简单等优点。

    Abstract:

    The performance test of motor control and protection device is the key of research, adjustment, producing and ex-factory verification. The design of a new automatic test system consisting of industrial computer, self designed test signal source which includes high precision AC power with stable current supply, AC voltage source with adjustable amplitude and phase, data acquisition board,signal modulating board and software developed by using LabVIEW virtual instrument technology was introduced. The system could satisfy the demands of motor control and protection device ex-factory test.The system could be used to test five products at one time. The type and model of test product could be identified by RS485 communication, and various parameters of motor control and protection device could be tested automatically. The realization and functions of the automatic test system were also introduced in detail from the hardware structure and especially the software function. The system has the following properties,such as high precision, strong disturbance attenuation,high efficiency and convenience manipulation. 
