In order to overcome the existing shortcomings in the mechanical transmission system of a bridge barrel blending reclaimer, an initial reform program of the hydraulic system was proposed, according to the characteristics and requirements of this device worked on site. Also the design of the hydraulic system was built,then the system was analyzed with simulation from using AMESim software. The reliability and rationality of the system are verified, which is a reference to provide for optimization and improvement to the system further.
