    摘要:

    在摇头灯等舞台照明灯具中,光斑切割成像系统是一个必不可少的功能部件。针对目前对称式驱动切光片结构的缺点和专利保护,设计一种新的矢量运动方式切光成像系统,该系统由10个步进电机轴组成,可以自动调节光圈,每块切光片由两步进电机进行矢量控制,通过4块切光片运动达到切割任意形状光斑;系统结构轻巧灵活,通过计算同步控制可产生丰富光斑形状。对系统结构特点、电路参数计算、图案变化轨迹和同步运动控制等进行重点分析,并应用到多种电脑摇头灯产品中,取得较好效果。

    Abstract:

    Among luminaries, such as moving head lights, the light spot cutting system is an indispensable functional unit. Aiming at the structural shortcomings and patent protection of the present symmetrical drive cutters, a new cutting-imaging system in a vector movement way was designed. The system was composed of 10 stepper motor axles, the aperture could be adjusted automatically, each spot cutter was controlled in a vector way by two axles, so the four cutters could cut light spots with any shapes. The structure of the system was flexible and swift, it can generate rich spot shapes by synchronization control. The system’s structure characters, circuit parameter computing, track of pattern and synchronous motion control were emphasized. The developed system has applied to many kinds of moving head lights and excellent results are obtained.
