高档数控系统可靠性试验的条件与方案研究

    摘要:

    数控系统的可靠性是衡量数控系统质量的重要属性,其可靠性结论的得出需要进行规范的可靠性试验。目前,对于MTBF要求在10 000 h以上的高档数控系统,其MTBF指标验证在实施上困难较大,试验周期长,亟需一套完整可参考的数控系统可靠性试验方案。根据数控系统与可靠性试验的相关标准与实际产品功能,给出了数控系统可靠性试验条件与方案的参考原则;基于可靠性鉴定试验的基本思路,提出了数控系统可靠性试验的试验条件与试验方案,并且给出了典型的组合环境试验剖面和运行试验剖面,为数控系统的可靠性试验提供了通用参考。

    Abstract:

    Reliability is an important attribute to measure the quality of CNC system.The reliability conclusions are drawn according to regular reliability test. At present, for CNC system which MTBF requires a high index of more than 10 000 h, the authentication of MTBF in its implementation is quite difficult, such as long period of time testing. Therefore a set of complete CNC system reliability test program for reference is much-needed. According to correlative standards and product functions of CNC system and reliability test, some principles of reliability test conditions and test programs were given, and the test conditions and test programs were proposed based on the thought reliability compliance test. A typical combined environmental test profile and run test profile were given. The research provides common reference for CNC system reliability test.
