Abstract:Based on the work and structure principle of ultrasonic vibration deep hole drilling of Hetian jade, the ultrasonic vibration deep hole drilling model of Hetian jade was constructed. Through the ultrasonic vibration deep-hole drilling model of Hetian jade, the ultrasonic vibration deep hole drilling depth model and drilling dynamic model of Hetian jade were established respectively. By analyzing the calculation results, the bit within a circular air drill phenomenon was appeared in the process of drilling, phenomenon of air drilling was related with the drilling feeding parameters and the amplitude of vibration, and when drilling feeding is smaller than the amplitude of vibration, it will appear air drilling phenomenon. There is a close relationship between the stiffness of ultrasonic vibration drilling system and the loss of amplitude. In cases of keeping the damping constant, as the system stiffness value decreases, the amplitude loss is increased.
