An AC servo control system based on PCI1010 motion control card was developed by utilizing Visual C++.The general development process of an electromechanical system based on motion control card was introduced. Then the hardware and software of the control system were designed, the calculation method of the ball screw was introduced, and three kinds of motor patterns of the control system were realized. After running and debugging, it is proved that the designed plume pipe rack control system is able to satisfy the requirements, and it has good reliability and stability.
