    摘要:

    超声波油液磨粒测量技术具有检测灵敏度高、穿透力强、费用低等诸多优点,是装备油液在线监测领域极具潜力的技术。基于VC++软件设计了一套超声磨粒在线监测系统,由聚焦式超声波传感器、超声波检测卡、计算机等构成硬件系统,信号采集模块、数据处理模块和监测结果显示模块构成软件系统,实现了磨粒超声散射信号的在线实时采集、数据处理和结果显示功能。实验结果表明:该系统能很好地实现油液磨粒的在线监测。

    Abstract:

    The ultrasonic wear debris detecting technology has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong penetration ability, low cost, etc. It is a potential technology in the field of the online oil monitoring of the equipment. A set of ultrasonic online wear debris monitoring (UOWDM) system was designed based on VC++ program. The hardware system consisted of the focusing ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic-testing card, computer and other supplementary devices. The software system consisted of the signal acquisition module, data processing module and monitoring result displaying module. The functions of real time acquisition of wear debris ultrasonic scattering signal, data processing and results displaying were achieved based on the developed UOWDM system. The experimental results show that the UOWDM system can monitor the oil wear debris online preferably.
