    摘要:

    为了实现钢管信息自动跟踪,结合现场环境和工作要求,设计了一套钢管管号自动识别系统,对系统的硬件组态及软件设计作了主要描述。根据不同管径要求,通过PLC控制伺服驱动器,两组伺服电机驱动机构运动实现扫描器自动准确定位并扫描钢管条码,从而实现钢管管号的自动识别,解决了如何实现钢管在线实时追踪与过程追溯的问题。经过大量调试,设备已成功应用于现场。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the steel pipe information tracking automatically,a steel pipes number automatic identification system was designed combining with the site environment and task requirements.The system’s hardware configuration and software design were mainly described. In order to realize automatic identification of the steel pipe numbers, PLC was used to control servo controllers, two groups of servo motors were used to drive the mechanism, achieving automatic positioning of the scanner, according to the requirements of different pipe diameters, and then the scanner read the barcode. It has solved the problem of pipe on-line and real-time tracking and process traceability. After a large number of site commissioning, the system has been successfully applied in the production field.
