先导式减压阀的静动态特性仿真分析

    摘要:

    先导式减压阀在中高压气液动系统中得到广泛应用,由于其静态和动态特性对整个回路的工作状态有明显影响,因此,需对减压阀的工作特性进行研究。针对典型结构的先导式减压阀,建立其数学模型和仿真模型,根据仿真结果对其输出压力、流量等静态和动态特性进行分析,可对减压阀的工作状态和内部机制有更深刻的理解。仿真结果表明:利用AMESim进行仿真具有建模简便、模型精确、运算快捷的优点,能够有效节省试验和设计成本。

    Abstract:

    The pilot type pressure reducing valve is widely used in the high pressure pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Due to its static and dynamic characteristics have a significant effect on the working condition of the entire loop, the work characteristics of pressure reducing valve should be analyzed. For a pilot type pressure reducing valve with typical structure, its mathematical model and simulation model were established; based on the simulation results,the output pressure and flow rate and other static and dynamic characteristics were analyzed, so the working status and internal mechanism of pressure reducing valve could be understood better. It is shown the AMESim simulation has such advantages of simple modeling, accurate model, fast operation, lower test and design cost.
