Abstract:With a new type of 2-RPC/2-SPC 4-DOF parallel mechanism as the foundation for research, the position inverse solution, the Jacobian matrix and motion singularity of the mechanism were analyzed.By the goal function of maximizing the work space, constraint conditions such as transmission precision and size range were obtained, and the best parameter values were optimized. Finally application of the mechanism in the vibration isolation platform was researched, and its kinematics simulation was carried out. Results show that the mechanism has good anti vibration performance, which provides an important basis for practical application and theoretical research of the mechanism.
