    摘要:

    为了将永磁低速同步电动机定、转子间间隙控制在0.05 mm内,必须保证其核心部件——带绕组定子两端止口精车时的同轴度。介绍了一种集定位、夹紧于一体的双扩张夹筒式车夹具,它克服了小锥度芯棒车夹具脱模困难、报废率高的缺点,且在产品质量上有较大超越。由于该夹具的夹紧力来自气缸,实现了变轴向拉力为径向扩张力,从而极大地提高了生产效率。批量生产证明:该夹具具有生产效率高、操作简便、产品质量稳定的特点。

    Abstract:

    In order to control the gap between rotor and stator of permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor less than 0.05 mm,coaxiality of fine turning of ends rabbet of stator with winding which is the core component must be ensured. A set of double expansion clamping cylinder turning fixture integrated positioning and clamping functions was introduced. It overcame the shortcomings of the small taper mandrel lathe clamp, including demoulding difficulty,high scrap rate of defects. And the product quality was improved. Since the clamping force was from cylinder,the axial tension was changed into radial expansion force,thereby the production efficiency was greatly improved. Batch production proves the fixture has the characteristics of high production efficiency,easy operation,stable product quality.
