Abstract:Aimed at the problem of quality of embroidery and breakage rate caused by both rotational speed and vibration during operation of the high-speed embroidery machine, the beam and spindle were mainly considered and the then the direction of solution to that problem was found. The changes of vibration displacement and extent of vibration variation derived from different operation conditions were probed by the study, acquisition and measurement, data processing and analysis, computer simulation and verification to ZY-EMSD-A920 high-speed embroidery machine manufactured by a company. The results show that horizontal vibration of the beam and movement of top spindle have the greatest influence on breakage rate of the embroidery machine, that provides a new reference for the improvement on embroidery’s structure and the development of new model in the future.
