    摘要:

    数控机床作为一种生产设备,其安全性是十分重要的。由于加工技术指标的提高,带来了一系列安全问题,如加工过程中出现的撞车、刀具破损、控制失常等对机床和工作人员安全造成的威胁,以及对环境的污染等。针对这些问题,分别从数控机床本身的安全、操作者的安全、环境保护3个方面分析了数控机床存在的安全性问题。以安全原理、人机工程学、心理学等理论为指导,分析了数控机床安全性国内外研究现状,并提出数控机床安全性发展方向。

    Abstract:

    As a kind of production equipment, CNC machine tools safety is very important. As a result of the technology index of processing improving, a series of security issues were brought in, such as some threats to the security of machine tools and personnel due to collision, tool breakage, out of control and etc., during the manufacturing process, and the pollution to environment. Aimed at these problems, from three aspects in separate as the safety of CNC machine tools, the safety of operator and environmental protection, safety problems existed in the machine tools were analyzed. By taking the principles of safety, ergonomics and psychology, and other theories as the instruction, the current research situation of CNC machine tool safety at home and abroad was analyzed. The direction of development of CNC machine tool safety was put forward.
