液压振动台三状态控制策略的研究

    摘要:

    建立液压振动台的电液位置伺服系统模型,仿真分析采用比例控制方法的特点和局限。采用同时引入位移、速度和加速度3种反馈变量的控制策略,重建新的电液位置伺服系统模型,并进行理论分析和仿真计算。理论和仿真结果证明三状态控制策略扩展系统带宽,增加系统阻尼,校正液压振动台达到较好的综合性能,满足更多的试验要求。

    Abstract:

    The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic position servo system of hydraulic vibration table was established, and the characteristics and limitation of using principle of proportional control were analyzed with simulation. The controller policy of using simultaneously the three state variables of displacement, velocity and acceleration as feedback was adopted, and the new model was established again. Theoretical analysis and simulated calculation were carried out. Theoretical and simulated results prove that the policy of three state controller expands the bandwidth of system, improves damping of the system and corrects the hydraulic vibration table so as to reach comprehensive performance, and satisfies more requirements of test. 
