To study the automatic packaging section in square carpet machines, the structure and pneumatic system were introduced. The performance and packaging efficiency based on motion characteristics and process of packaging were analyzed. The impacts of operating concurrently on system working pressure were investigated. The results demonstrated that the reasonable process can reduce the cycle of working and improve the production efficiency; increasing the suitable energy storage device can eliminate the influence of working pressure in concurrent operation system, which can guarantee a continuous and stable output of air.
