机床双导轨系统空间误差的建模与分析

    摘要:

    针对机床的导轨误差问题,基于齐次变换原理建立了双导轨系统空间误差的数学模型并给出了分析方法。首先在床身上建立一个固定的参考坐标系,并在两条导轨上分别建立运动坐标系,然后分析运动坐标系6自由度误差的动态特性,最后进行双导轨空间误差的综合建模及分析。应用综合模型可以分析导轨系统误差对刀尖点的影响程度及规律,为整机误差预防及补偿提供更准确的依据。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of guide error on machine tool, a mathematical model for space error of double-guide system was established based on the principle of homogeneous coordinate transformation, and the analyzing method was provided. A fixed reference-coordinate system was established on the machine tool body firstly, and the move-coordinate system was separately established on the two machine tool guides. Then the dynamic characteristic of guide errors was analyzed in six degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) move coordinate system. Finally, the comprehensive modeling and analyzing for the space error of double-guide system was carrying out. This comprehensive model can be used to analyze the degree and rule of the error of guide system that influence the tool nose, which provide accurate direction to the error prevention and compensation on whole machine.
