电解磨削机床集成控制系统的设计

    摘要:

    电解磨削加工参数集成控制的有效程度,很大意义上决定了其加工精度和加工效率。为实现对电解磨削运动参数、电解液参数和电源参数的有效集成控制,开发了NC嵌入PC开放式集成控制系统。根据电解磨削加工的特点,分析了电解磨削机床集成控制系统的总体设计要求,并据此进行了总体方案设计。阐述了以多功能运动控制卡和多功能数据采集卡为控制核心,工业平板电脑为人机交互平台的硬件结构。同时,利用Visual Basic进行了分层模块化结构的软件设计,实现了人机交互、自动控制和监测保护等功能。试验结果表明:该集成控制系统能稳定可靠地加工出高精度、低表面粗糙度的某微尺度群缝零件内平面。

    Abstract:

    The effectiveness of integrated control on parameters in electrochemical grinding (ECG) determines the precision and efficiency of its machining to great sense. In order to achieve efficient integrated control of electrochemical grinding parameters of motion, electrolyte and power supply, a NC embedded PC open integrated control system was developed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of ECG, the overall design requirements for integrated control system for ECG machine tool were analyzed, and then on the basis the overall scheme was designed. The hardware structure was presented, which applied multifunction motion control card and versatile data acquisition card as the control center, industrial panel PC for the platform of human computer interaction. At the same time, hierarchical modular software was designed by using Visual Basic, and functions of human computer interaction, automatic control and monitoring protection were realized. Results of machining example show a high quality flat can be machined successfully on the inner wall of micro-scale multi-grooves of parts by this integrated control system.
