    摘要:

    设计一种用于汽车液压动力转向器的可调式超压溢流阀,该溢流阀由阀体、自锁螺塞、导杆、弹簧及钢球组成。其中阀体内设有一容积腔,在阀体上还设有一压力感应孔和溢流孔,压力感应孔和溢流孔分别与阀体内的容积腔相连通,弹簧套装在导杆上,弹簧两端分别抵顶在自锁螺塞和钢球上,钢球能够紧贴在压力感应孔上。该溢流阀能够保护液压动力转向器在液压系统油压异常升高时不被损坏。

    Abstract:

    An adjustable overpressure relief valve, which was composed of a valve body, a selflocking screw plug, a guide rod, a spring and a steel ball, was designed for automobile hydraulic power steering. There was a volume chamber set in the valve body which was respectively communicated with a pressure sensing hole and an overflow hole on the valve body. The spring was sheathed on the guide rod, and each ends of the spring were abutted on the selflocking screw plug and the steel ball which could be close to the pressure sensing hole. Through the use of the relief valve, the hydraulic power steering was protected from damage when the oil pressure of the hydraulic system elevated abnormally.
