The deep draw forming process of a driver door inner panel was numerically simulated by using the finite element analysis (FEA) software Dynaform, and the quality problems in product forming were analyzed. The product forming quality influence that resulted from concave die radius, blank holder force (BHF) and draw-bead layout was studied according to the simulation results. The influence trends of single draw forming factor of the driver door inner panel were confirmed. The study result has great significance to shorten the research and development cycle, and reduce the cost of manufacturing.
