机载智能泵负载作用的建模与仿真

    摘要:

    智能泵在正常工作中,会受到计算机指令的控制,还会受到负载变化对其产生的干扰。智能泵随指令和负载调节工作状态是其性能的关键,要评估和提高该性能必须弄清楚智能泵的整个调节过程。对机载液压系统进行了整体分析,研究了负载作用于智能泵的原理,在AMESim软件中用外力和节流作用模拟负载,对智能泵的工作过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:智能泵对指令和负载作用的变化有良好的调节效果,由这两种调节效果可以方便地评估出智能泵性能的优劣,为提高其性能打下了基础。

    Abstract:

    When the intelligent pump working normally, it will be controlled by computer instruction and be disturbed to its operation by the change of load. It is the key performance that the pump transformed its working status according to the computer instruction and the load. In order to estimate and improve this performance, the overall adjustment process of intelligent pump was surely needed to understand. Aircraft carried hydraulic system was entirety analyzed, and the theory of load impact on intelligent pump was studied. The working process of intelligent pump was simulated by using external force and throttle to imitate the load in the AMESim software. Simulation results show intelligent pump can well adjust to the change of instruction and load. Since the effect of two kinds of adjusting can expediently estimate intelligent pumps performance, it has done the groundwork for advancing its performance.
