    摘要:

    针对目前大型轨道衡校验存在的问题,给出了一种全新的轨道衡快速校验的解决方法。以LabWindows/CVI为开发平台,进行软件的模块化、可视化设计,采用模糊自整定控制算法来实现力值的快速加载及快速稳定,解决了大型衡器高精度、快速校准的难题。应用结果表明:软件程序在可靠性、稳定性、安全性、操作性等方面性能优越,完全满足电控伺服液压轨道衡校验系统的测控要求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems existing in large rail weighbridge verification, a new rapid rail weighbridge verification solution was presented. Based on LabWindows/CVI development platform, software modularization, visual design was done, fuzzy self-tuning control algorithm was used to realize rapid loading and stability quick stabilizing. So the problem of high precision and fast calibration for large instruments was solved. Application shows that the software is superior in such aspects as reliability, stability, safety, operational performance. The measurement and control requirements of the electric control servo hydraulic rail weighbridge verification system are satisfied completely.
