Abstract:In order to improve the existing wing position and pose adjustment system accuracy,the error source modeling problem of a passive parallel position and pose adjustment mechanism for wing parts with multi-Pogo stick is studied.By using space vector chain to set up wing parts of position and pose adjustment and displacement inverse equation,by differential perturbation method,its transfer matrix between terminal adjustable posture error and geometric error sources was established,and the mapping model which contained 63 geometry error sources was gained.Based on this,sensitivity analysis was conducted for the geometric error sources which effected end pose error.The results show that adjustable posture mechanism linear guide along the each angular deviation between the guide rail and verticality sensitivity is bigger.
