    摘要:

    三维打印是一种基于离散堆叠思想和微滴喷射技术的增材制造方法;它涉及到了机械制造、电子信号处理、图像处理、材料科学等多个学科。由于具有成本低、生产周期短、对加工零件形状没有特别要求等特点,三维打印技术在国防、医疗、工业生产等很多领域具有无限广阔的前景。通过研究打印过程中各个参数以及粉材特性对最终制件的影响,开发出一套硬件系统和金属粉末系统,并利用二者成功打印出金属试样;对打印出的金属试样的各项性能进行测量, 获得了相关数据。

    Abstract:

    Three-Dimensional Printing (3DP) is an additive manufacturing method based on dispersion/stacking idea and droplet ejection technique. It involves machinery manufacture, electronic signals processing, graphic processing, material engineering and other disciplines. Since there were characteristics of low-cost, less time-consuming and having no special requirements for the shape of objects that were going to be printed, 3DP technique would be widely used in many areas, such as defense, medical care and production in industry. After studied effects of each of the technological parameters during printing process and powder properties on final parts, a hardware system and a kind of metal powder system were developed, and by using this system and metal powder, a metal sample was printed successfully. After measured all performance of 3DP metal samples, related data are collected.
