In-depth research on postprocessing builder of NX80 was conducted. Combining with the four-axis vertical machining center and the used FANUC CNC system, a suitable dedicated post-processing program for the machining center and its CNC system was developed. Through product machining example, the correctness and practicality of the dedicated post-processing program was verified.
