冲蚀试验机试件装夹及分度装置设计

    摘要:

    在钻井过程中,设备的冲蚀磨损十分严重,因此需要对钻井设备的冲蚀磨损进行分析,找出冲蚀原因,从而采取措施,减少冲蚀对设备的破坏。冲蚀室是完成冲蚀试验的主要装置,由试件夹具和分度装置组成。现有冲蚀实验试件夹具的固定方法容易损伤试件的结构及其表面涂层材料的完整性。为了解决这一问题,设计了一种在不损伤试件结构的情况下、能够实现一次装夹4个试件的夹具,提高了实验效率。并针对该冲蚀试验机设计了一种分度装置,可实现同一时刻不同试件不同冲蚀角度的冲蚀试验。文中的研究对冲蚀实验中降低夹具对工件的损伤、提高实验效率和方便调整不同冲蚀角度具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    In the process of drilling well, the serious problem of the device is erosion abrasion. In order to decrease the damage of the erosion, it is very urgent to find out the reason of the erosion by analyzing and examining the erosion abrasion of the drill fixture. Erosion chamber is the main site of fulfilling the erosion experiment, including samples and clamps. The exiting fixation method of the sample clamp is easy to injury the structure of the sample and the integrity of the surface coating material. In order to solve the problem, a clamp was designed which could be used to clamp four samples at one time in the condition of no injuring the structure of the sample, so the clamping time was greatly reduced. An indexing device was designed aiming at the erosion machine which could be used to finish the erosion experiment on the situation of different samples and different impact angles. The research work has important significance in reducing the injury to the workpiece, improving the efficiency of clamping, adjusting different impact angles conveniently. 
