Abstract:The influence of several kinds of typical variable blankholder force on drawing formability of Aluminum (Al) alloy tubeshaped parts was studied by using the method of finite element numerical simulation, and the strain path in some different positions of tubeshaped parts during the process of stamping was analyzed. The principle of Al alloy tubeshaped parts was revealed during the forming. The distinction of the Al alloy material stretch forming was studied when it was under the condition of several typical blankholder force, and by taking the largest reduction ratio of the sheet before it was ruptured as the main judgment, the maximum tensile depth that was the tubeshaped parts able to achieve was studied, when it was under the action of blankholder force, which was changed by several typical law. The results show that when the blankholder force is a gradually increasing type and type, which helps to improve the formability of Al alloy tubeshaped parts.
