The technological process of stringer which was one of typical aviation products was introduced, including definition of stringer, technological procedure, key technology analysis and so on. The process of a typical stringer of an airplane was taken as an example, and the selection of machine tool and section bar, the expansion process and the forming process of the part, the improvement of products quality were respectively analyzed, which provided reference for the process of similar aviation products.
