    摘要:

    针对国产军用飞机刹车系统,因油液污染导致飞机偏刹故障率高的突出问题,简要介绍了核心附件喷嘴挡板伺服阀的工作原理,对其结构特点和先导部分稳态特性进行深入分析,重点阐述了油液污染后喷嘴挡板伺服阀产生的主要故障模式。在此基础上,得出了有益的结论和提高飞机刹车系统可靠性的具体对策。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the brake system in the military aircrafts made in China, the failure rate of bias brake is very high, which were caused by the contamination of the hydraulic oil. The nozzle flapper servo valve is the core accessory of the brake system, which operating principle is present briefly. The construction features and steady state characteristic of its first valve were analyzed in depth, and the main failure modes of the nozzle flapper servo valve caused by the contaminated hydraulic oil were stated in emphasis. Basing on this, the beneficial conclusions and the specific countermeasures which improve the reliability of brake system in the aircrafts are educed.
