    摘要:

    随着制造技术的不断发展,加工中心已越来越广泛地应用于汽车零件的机械加工中。通过分析汽车铝合金泵体的结构特点和技术要求,深入研究了汽车泵体零件孔系的加工工艺。在工艺条件与批量生产相似的条件下进行了切削工艺试验,对泵体孔系的加工工艺方法和加工工艺过程进行了优化,制定了合理的孔系加工工艺方案。该研究成果用在批量生产铝合金箱体类零件中,在提高质量、提高效率和降低成本方面具有广泛的推广和应用价值。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of manufacturing technology, the machining center has increasingly widely used in automotive parts machining. Based on analyzing the structural characteristics and technical requirements of car alloy pump, the machining process of the hole series on automobile pump parts was deeply researched. The test of the cutting technology was conducted on condition of same process criteria and similar quantity production. The methods and process of processing technology for hole series on the pump were optimized. And a reasonable processing scheme for hole series was established. This research results has widely popularizing and application value in process of quantity production of aluminum boxtype parts, will improve the quality, efficiency, and lower the cost.
