静重式力基准机独立平滑加卸载方法理论分析及仿真

    摘要:

    为提高传感器的测试精度,针对静重式力基准机加卸载过程中出现的“逆程”问题,以独立平滑加卸载功能为依据,进行了独立平滑加卸载过程静力学分析,建立独立平滑加卸载方法的数学模型,并对独立平滑加卸载方法进行仿真实验,确定了静重式力基准机独立平滑加卸载方法的可行性。通过仿真验证了力基准机独立平滑加卸载方法和理论的正确性,通过实际使用证明该方法实现了平滑加卸载过程,有效解决了力基准机加卸载过程中出现的“逆程”问题。

    Abstract:

    To improve the accuracy of the test sensor, against the “inverse process” occurred during loading and unloading for static weight force benchmark machine, with an independent smooth loading and unloading functions as the basis, an independent smooth loading and unloading process static analysis was done, the mathematical model of the independent smooth loading and unloading method was established, and simulation experiments were conducted for the independent smooth unloading method. The feasibility of the independent smooth unloading method for the static weight force benchmark machine was identified. The correctness of the basis unloading machine independent smoothing methods and theories were verified by simulation. Through actual application, the method is proved to achieve a smooth loading and unloading process, and the retrace problem occurring in independent smooth loading and unloading process is solved effectively.
