Abstract:The width and the height of the glue line were taken as the standard of the glue line quality. And the quality testing platform of the glue line was established based on the machine vision. Based on this platform, the gluing experiment for 6-DOF robot was carried out, and gluing speed, gluing height and pump pressure were selected as influence factors for the glue line quality. Using orthogonal experiment method, the influence factors above were sorted, and it was proved the interaction between the factors. Based on this conclusion, the multiple nonlinear regression method was used to build the model of the glue line quality. The expressions of the width and the height of the glue line were acquired, which were proved to be reliable.
