面向涂胶机器人的胶线质量模型研究

    摘要:

    以胶线宽度和胶线高度作为胶线质量的评价标准,利用机器视觉技术设计胶线质量检测平台,通过该平台进行六自由度机器人的涂胶实验,考察涂胶速度、涂胶高度和胶管压力对胶线质量的影响。对获取的数据进行正交试验分析,得出影响胶线质量的各因素主次顺序,发现各参数之间具有交互作用。根据该结论进行多元非线性回归拟合,得到胶线高度模型和胶线宽度模型的表达式,经过分析两个模型均有较强的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The width and the height of the glue line were taken as the standard of the glue line quality. And the quality testing platform of the glue line was established based on the machine vision. Based on this platform, the gluing experiment for 6-DOF robot was carried out, and gluing speed, gluing height and pump pressure were selected as influence factors for the glue line quality. Using orthogonal experiment method, the influence factors above were sorted, and it was proved the interaction between the factors. Based on this conclusion, the multiple nonlinear regression method was used to build the model of the glue line quality. The expressions of the width and the height of the glue line were acquired, which were proved to be reliable.
