Abstract:Started from the shortcomings of memory cutting method existed in shearer, the research of shearers using background was carried out. Through the improvement the method of traditional mnemonic cutting, the method of realizing adaptive height setting of the shearer cutting part based on C8051F021 was put forward. This system was adopted of C8051F021 system on chip (SOC) as the core to design hardware circuit and used the pilot proportional flow valve as the main control component. The intellectualized lifting up & down of mining machine rocker is realized, and the module of wireless transmission in this system is adopted to realize the aim of remote monitoring.
