    摘要:

    针对装载机动臂尺寸大、各组孔系加工精度高、普通镗床和浮动镗床加工装夹困难、精度难以保证等工艺问题,设计了工序集中、一次装夹可以完成4组8个孔加工的卧式双面8轴数控专用机床。介绍了机床的总体结构、工作原理和技术参数,重点阐述了机床镗削头与主轴箱、夹具系统和复合镗刀杆的设计。该机床主轴间距自动可调,可完成多型号动臂零件孔距变化的要求,是动臂镗孔高效加工的理想设备。

    Abstract:

    A special NC machine was designed which could be used to process 8 holes in 4 groups at a time in view of the disadvantages of the general machine, such as the large size of the boom of the loader, the high processing precision of every group of the holes system, the difficult clamping of normal boring machine and floating boring machine. The general structure of the machine, the working principle and the technical parameters were introduced. The design of the boring head of the machine, the spindle box and the fixture system were discussed as well as the complex boring arbor. The distance of the main spindle of the machine can be adjusted automatically, it meets the demand of the changing holes distance of many different kinds of the boom. Such a machine is efficient in processing boring holes of boom.
