    摘要:

    提出一种由滑动丝杆、机械铰杆增力机构、伺服电机和液压缸组成的机电液一体化绿色夹紧装置,分析其工作原理,给出相应的力学计算公式。该夹紧装置以伺服电机作为驱动机构,利用机械铰杆增力机构的力放大作用和滑动丝杆的自锁作用,使得封闭液压腔内的液压油产生压力推动活塞杆进行夹紧动作。该夹紧装置结构简单紧凑、运动精确、能量消耗低、夹紧效果好,是一种环保无污染的绿色夹具。

    Abstract:

    A green clamping device based on integrative technology of mechanicselectronicshydraulics was presented, which was consisting of a slide screw rod, mechanical toggle force amplifier, servo motor and hydraulic cylinder. Its working principle was analyzed, and corresponding mechanics calculation formula was given. Servo motor was worked as the driving mechanism in the clamping device. By taking advantage of the amplification function of mechanical toggle force amplifier and the selflocking function of sliding screw, the hydraulic oil closed in hydraulic cylinder can push the piston rod to carry out clamping action. The clamping device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, accurate, low energy consumption, good clamping effect, which is a green fixture of environmental protection.
