Abstract:In the highfrequency, highprecision electrohydraulic vibrostand system, pressure pulsation before the valve must be considered. Here the main mechanism of pressure pulsation generated and suppression methods were analyzed mainly, and the AMESim software was used to establish the electrohydraulic servo system simulation model. The influence of pressure pulsation before the valve from the input signal and the accumulator was analyzed with simulation respectively, and the theory and simulation analysis were verified by experiment. The experimental results show that the accumulator has a good damping effect to the pressure pulsation before the valve within a certain range of frequencies and amplitudes.
