Aimed at the hidden safety problems of tool magazine in a manipulator, the corresponding safety program was compiled. Avoiding tool magazine counter error and prevention of the manipulator collision with spindle were included. Through the practical application of this tool magazine after programming, the production efficiency and the precision of the machine tool are improved, and its service life is prolonged.
