The oil spilling problem on hydropneumatic suspension cylinder of precision carrier vehicle was discussed mainly. By analysis and calculation, high pressure oil appearing in annular cavity was considered to be the direct cause and the structural defect of hydropneumatic suspension cylinder was the root cause. Finally notices about the design and use of hydropneumatic suspension cylinder were pointed out.
