基于CFD的微流体滤波器数值模拟及优化研究

    摘要:

    随着微机电系统的不断发展,微流体控制系统已成为目前乃至今后研究的重点问题。微通道内流体流动稳定性对系统结果分析有较大影响,消除流体脉动分量,研究影响流动稳定性的各因素至关重要。基于数值方法,计算了微流体滤波器周期性流动过程,分析了周期平均速度、脉动速度振幅、脉动频率对滤波效率的影响。研究表明:微流体滤波器第一级滤波腔的滤波效率受周期平均速度影响较大;周期平均速度相对越大,滤波效率越低;而第二、第三级滤波腔的滤波效率受周期平均速度、脉动速度振幅、脉动频率的影响均较小,可忽略不计。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of micro-electromechanical system, micro fluidic controlling system has become the key problem in present and future study in research fields. To eliminate the pulsation component and to study the effect of various factors on flow stability play a crucial role. Based on numerical analysis, the process of periodic flow was calculated, the influences of the average speed of periods, vibration amplitude of fluctuating velocity, pulsation frequency on filtering efficiency were analyzed. The results show that the filtering efficiency of the first level filtering cavity is affected by the average speed of periods; filtering efficiency become lower with the average speed of periods increased; compare with the first level, the second and the third level filtering cavitys filtering efficiency are less affected by the influence factors and these can be ignored.
